Actual reason for suffering in menopause

What goes wrong?

You should understand that,

unless there is a reason, nothing happens.

Why am I suffering from these discomforts?

Why did I have my thigh bone fractured?

Why did my body experience so much dryness?

Why is my brain undergoing so much stress?

Why is my blood sugar so high?

Why do I suffer from high BP?

In short, the answer to this ‘Why me?’ is a little long. If this is to be considered from the point of view of women, and when a woman frankly asks about the symptoms that she experiences during her menopause period, its answer actually starts from the day when her menstruation had commenced.

Have you taken any treatment for Vata Dosha based on how much you suffered from stomach-ache during menstruation?

Did you apply oil to your legs and waist when you experienced severe pain there?

Did you take enough rest for three days of your menstrual cycle?

Have you lost 1600 days of your right to rest since your menstruation started at the age of 12 years?

 – considering that the menstruation that started at the age of 12, will last till the age of 50 meaning at least for 40 years you should have rested for 36 days per year at the rate of 3 days per month – let us consider 40 days per year. This will total to 1600 days in 40 years during which you have had received your menstruation. You should ask this question to yourself. When will a woman make up for such a long resting period that she has lost and how will she cover the loss that she has suffered in all these years?

With this background in mind,

you should ask your Vaidya as to what you can do now

. Have you taken rest for a minimum period of three months ?

after delivery which is required to make up for the exhaustion and fatigue that was a part of this whole process of delivery?

Did you take any treatment from Vaidya for subduing Vata during this three-month period?

 Did you perform Abhyanga properly?

Did you take nutritious diet regularly?

Did you avoid travel and direct wind?

Guidance is available in Ayurveda about care to be taken for those who have undergone abortion – once or even twice. Did you consult a Vaidya for that?
